Reddit Alerts
New Reddit threads and comments mentioning your keywords, surfaced the day they're posted — so you can engage while the thread is still hot.
Reddit Alerts tracks new Reddit threads and comments that mention keywords you care about — like "best CRM", "HubSpot", or a competitor name — the day they're posted. Instead of manually searching subreddits or missing high-intent conversations, Airefs surfaces them in one place.
Reddit is disproportionately influential in how AI models answer questions about product categories. A single well-upvoted thread on r/marketing or r/SEO can become a persistent citation in ChatGPT answers for months. Getting there early — while the conversation is still forming — is far more effective than trying to influence a thread that's already settled. That's the window Reddit Alerts gives you.
The visibility compounds too. Being present in the right Reddit threads builds brand visibility not just in AI answers, but in Google search as well — both increasingly surface Reddit content prominently.
You can get a daily email digest when new threads are found (at most once per day), mark threads as done once you've engaged, and dismiss irrelevant ones to keep the feed clean. Up to 10 threads per keyword can be detected within any 24-hour window. Duplicate threads and archived threads you can't comment on are automatically filtered out.
Airefs also verifies whether your brand or a competitor is mentioned directly in each thread, so you can see at a glance which alerts are most worth acting on.
The Alert suggestions feature recommends keywords worth adding based on what's appearing in your category — useful for expanding coverage without having to manually research subreddit patterns.
Keyword matching
Keywords use exact-phrase matching with one case exception:
- Exact match —
hubspot crmmatches buy hubspot crm but not hubspot best crm - Case sensitive (except the first letter) —
chatgptmatches Chatgpt but not chatGPT. Add both as separate keywords if needed.
Getting the most out of alerts
Start with keywords that signal real intent: your category terms ("best CRM"), competitor names, and your own brand. These are the threads where people are actively evaluating options or asking for recommendations — the highest-value conversations to be part of.
Check new alerts daily or via the email digest. Reddit threads move fast, and early replies get the most visibility. Focus on conversations where you can genuinely help — not just promote.
As you engage, mark threads as done to keep your feed clean. Pay attention to patterns over time: repeated questions and phrasing often reveal gaps in your content or positioning you can address more broadly.
Refine your keywords as you go. Remove noisy terms, double down on high-signal ones. Treat Reddit as a live feedback loop for what your market actually cares about.
